Uranium Resources plc, the AIM listed uranium exploration and development company, announces the resignation of Peter Harold as a director of the Company. Peter is leaving in order to concentrate on other commitments.
Uranium Resources Director Ross Warner said: 'On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Peter for his contribution to the Company.'
Allnutt Ventures Family Trust of which Peter Harold is a trustee continues to hold 2.5m shares in Uranium Resources.
