Director's dealing

Hugh Warner has today informed the Company that on 8 December 2006 he purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Warner is interested in 21,706,666 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.29 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
