Allotment of shares
18 January 2007
Following the announcement of 12 January 2007, the Directors have allotted the remaining 37,600,000 new ordinary shares of the 80,000,000 new ordinary shares comprised the placing.
Application has been made for the admission of 37,600,000 new ordinary shares to trade on the AIM market. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company and dealings in these new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 19 January 2007.
The total number of ordinary shares on issue following this issue will be 291,000,000.
The Company is aware of the following persons who, having participated in this placing, directly or indirectly, jointly or severally, hold or will hold 3 per cent. or more of the ordinary share capital of the Company:
