Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') notified to all shareholders on 3 May 2007 it has become apparent that the date scheduled for the meeting, being Monday 28 May 2007, is a bank holiday.
It has therefore been decided that the AGM be cancelled and reconvened at the offices of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP at 30 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4HJ on Thursday 7 June 2007 at 11am. A new Notice of AGM and a blue Form of Proxy have today been posted to shareholders.
