Shareholding in the Company

12th October 2007

The Company was notified on 11th October 2007 that Teawood Nominees Limited had sold 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The Company was also informed that Geiger Counter Limited had purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Geiger Counter Limited's interest is held through BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited.

Following this purchase BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited has an interest in 42,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 14.43% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
